Are you tech-savvy, a great communicator, and passionate about customer service and marketing? Join our growing medical supply company as a Marketing Assistant / Customer Service Representative! In this role, you’ll connect with current and prospective customers, assist with marketing efforts, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Outreach & Sales:

Call current customers to take orders, upsold products, and build relationships
Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Research and call prospective customers to gather key information

✅ Marketing & Technology:

Gather, organize, and maintain customer contact lists
Create and schedule weekly marketing emails and social media posts
Update website content and product catalog
Assist with market research and customer data organization

✅ Warehouse Support (as needed):

Help with order processing and organization during busy periods

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales
✔ Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Ability to multitask and assist in different areas when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.61 – $17.00 per hour
