We are seeking a talented and motivated In-House Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing efforts forward.

Job Summary

The In-House Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Monarch Diagnostics’ services.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance brand positioning.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow Monarch Diagnostics’ social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Develop engaging content, including graphics, blog posts, and videos.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Communications

Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and presentations.
Write and edit content for the company website, ensuring SEO best practices.
Develop press releases and manage public relations efforts.

Event & Partnership Marketing

Coordinate and promote industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and community partners.
Oversee promotional materials and giveaways for events.

Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising, etc.).
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Work with graphic designers or agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Customer & Internal Engagement

Support the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.
Develop email marketing campaigns to engage clients and partners.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized.
