We are searching for a Sales & Marketing professional eager to take their expertise to the next level!
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and marketing of sanitary wares, tap fittings, tiles & other building materials to developers, architects & contractors.
Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
Negotiates with principals for the best pricing and other terms in the company’s best interest.
To follow up on delivery, shortage & complaint matters.
To achieve monthly collection target
Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business Management/Engineering or any related field.
Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning & presentation skill
Competence in commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, and team work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Candidate with engineering qualification will be an added advantage
Good contact with building contractors, developers & architect is a plus
