Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Assistant
Location: Buffalo, New York

Responsibilities:
Daily:
Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
Handle difficult situations and challenging personalities with professionalism.
Stay organized and handle complex projects efficiently.
Adapt to changes and manage context switching seamlessly.
Check in with other teams to make sure that client projects and requests are being handled
Receive and reply to client’s emails with speed and professionalism
Monthly:
Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on client success and challenges
Lead calls with clients to give them updates on their progress and the status of their projects
Collect reporting from the marketing team to deliver to clients
Conduct periodic reviews of satisfaction for clients and identify areas for improvement.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Collaborating with internal teams to align client goals with overall brand strategies.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent spoken and written english C1 – C2 Mastery
Bilingual; “Spanish” is a plus
Previous history in a similar role preferred
Proven experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client success.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Examples of past work with clients or brands.
Understanding of SEO and website development is a plus (basic)
Understanding of Marketing (required)

Compensation:
Opportunity for bonuses and commission
Salary range: Based on qualification and experience. $18 to $22 to start
