Position: Sales & Marketing Executive / Up $4,200+Bonus / 1 Year / Changi Airport
1-month completion bonus + 1-month performance bonus
Summary:
We are looking for a contract staff to join our Advertising, Marketing & Promotions (AMP) team in the Commercial Division. S/he will play a pivotal role in driving concession sales through omnichannel sales and marketing initiatives. To excel in the role, he/she should possess strong marketing skills and experience in B2C digital marketing and events management. S/he should also be sales and goal-oriented, with strong
problem-solving skills
.
Responsibilities:
Airport-wide Omnichannel Marketing Initiatives:
Support with the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions with the objective of driving concession sales.
Take the lead in the engagement with internal and external stakeholders to optimise outcomes and deliverables.
Drive collaborations with external partners and airport tenants to drive business growth and user acquisitions.
Develop and implement effective in-airport communications strategies to drive store penetration, sales conversion and spend per passenger.
Oversee operational matters including managing premiums redemption, replenishment and event manpower.
Manage customer feedback pertaining to airport-wide campaigns and promotions.
Assist in marketing expenditure tracking and processing.
Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Assist in other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties from time to time.
Sales & Marketing Initiatives:
Conceptualise, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives to drive footfall and sales conversion, in particular from the India sector.
Cultivate and foster strategic partnerships to drive inbound tourist sales, including Indian travel industry partners like airlines, travel agents, or local partners from the hospitality segment.
Responsible for regular tracking and reporting of business metrics, followed by proposed solutions to optimise results or close gaps.
Analyse data and experiment outcomes to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holders in Mass
Communication
, Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism with 4 – 6 years of experience.
Creative and meticulous individual with great initiative and a
positive attitude
.
Proven track record
in executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive commercial outcomes.
Proven track record
in forging strategic marketing partnerships to improve business performance.
Strong desire
to learn with a sense of ownership.
Able to manage stress and challenges in a
fast-paced environment
.
Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
Knowledge of design know-how and skillsets in photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
May be required to work on weekends during special marketing campaigns/events, but time off will be given.
