This individual must be outgoing and charismatic to create and execute tailor-made sales and marketing plans to increase our client base and brand awareness. This position is our boots on the ground.
As the face of our brand, you will promote and educate customers about all things You’re First, what makes us different and how we can help. Handling the company marketing you will build relationships with key strategic partners, manage in-person marketing events, collect customer data, provide knowledge of who we are as healthcare advocates, and help promote wellness for our clients.
In this role, you will largely be responsible for encouraging the growth of brand awareness and building our client base. This is a Full-time Monday and Friday, evenings with specific events position. You will be expected to work until the job is complete, this includes if an event is scheduled over the weekend. The Sales/Marketer is expected to be energetic, organized with an entrepreneurial spirit that has a background in home care and customer service with strong communication skills.
* Create unique customer experiences to increase brand awareness and build a client list.
* Track all activity and consumer insights/feedback through post-event recaps.
* Ability to track all events, relationships, and vendors.
* Maintain CMR information in detail, including names, phone numbers and emails.

* Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
* Previous experience in home care/healthcare marketing, sales, and events.
* Punctuality with exceptional time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required; along with an ability to learn other software programs quickly.
* Flexible schedule with the ability to occasionally work an evening or weekend, as needed for marketing events.
* Ability to travel independently to events. This includes the ability to set up events and or marketing materials for the event.
* Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Is self-motivated and is a self-starter but takes direction well while being a team player.
