Manager – Sales and Marketing – Packaging Industries
Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Packaging Industries. The ideal candidate should have a
proven track record
of achieving
sales targets
and developing marketing strategies that drive business growth. The candidate should be a team player and possess excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets
Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold-calling, networking, and referrals
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay
up-to-date
with industry trends and competitive activities
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on
sales performance
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Indian job market
Proven track record
of achieving
sales targets
and developing marketing strategies that drive business growth
Excellent
communication
, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work in a

CTC can be offered upto 9 Lakhs PA
