We are a fintech platform working on financing and deploying 2 wheeler EVs for last mile delivery in India and UAE. As part of our commitment to revolutionizing the last mile delivery industry, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Head to join the core team and work with the founders to help build the brand identity, manage sales and distribution, and execute a robust go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our EV motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Identity and Strategy:
Work with the founders to define and execute a brand strategy that aligns with Kamel’s vision and market positioning. Ensure we maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that highlight the brand’s values and differentiation.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches to ensure successful market entry. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to align sales and marketing with product offerings and customer needs. Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends and effectively position Pyse’s EV products against competitors.
Sales and Distribution setup :
Forge and negotiate partnerships to enhance direct and channel sales. Work with new and existing dealer networks in UAE to build a robust sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing
leadership roles
within the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.

Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Startup Mindset :
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a
fast-paced
startup environment, with a readiness to roll up sleeves and work on the ground to drive initiatives forward.

Adaptability
:
Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; able to pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback and evolving business needs.
· Business Building Experience :
Preferred candidates will have experience in rebuilding or launching businesses from scratch, showcasing an
entrepreneurial spirit
and a proactive approach to
problem-solving
.
