SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – BELITUNG ARCHIPELAGO (BASED IN SINGAPORE)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and
dynamic
Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the
promotion
and branding of Belitung Archipelago as an international world premier destination. Based in Singapore, you will develop and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive awareness, partnerships, and visitor growth from the regional and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Strategy & Development:
Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to position Belitung as a must-visit travel destination.
· Partnership & Business Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with travel agencies, airlines, hospitality providers, corporate clients, and tourism boards to drive visitor traffic.
· Branding & Campaigns:
Develop creative and
impactful
marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, and offline promotions to enhance destination branding.
· Event & Trade Shows:
Represent Belitung at key tourism trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to increase awareness and engagement.
· Market Research & Insights:
Analyse market trends, visitor data, and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize reach.
· Content &
Communication
:
Oversee content creation, PR, and advertising efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
· Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive sales initiatives, packages, and promotions to achieve revenue targets and enhance visitor numbers.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with government tourism authorities, travel associations, and media partners to amplify promotional efforts.
Qualifications &
Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or destination management within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
· Strong network within the travel trade and tourism ecosystem.
·
Proven track record
of business development, partnerships, and campaign execution.
· Experience with digital marketing, PR, and branding strategies.
· Excellent
communication
