Sales & Marketing Manager  to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and enhance

brand awareness

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and the crypto-mining industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our products and services.  

Key Responsibilities

  Sales & Business Development    Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.  Identify and engage potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and institutional clients.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.  Negotiate and close deals for ASIC miners, hosting solutions, and repair services.  Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales tactics.

Marketing & Brand Management    Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Crypto Miners’ products and services.  Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, and paid ads.  Create engaging content (blogs, videos, social media posts) to educate and attract customers.  Organize and participate in crypto and blockchain industry events, exhibitions, and

networking opportunities

.  Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Strategic Planning

& Analytics    Analyze sales and marketing performance to optimize strategies.  Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers to drive sales.  Provide regular reports on sales, marketing ROI, and

customer engagement

.  Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements

Experience:

2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in crypto mining, blockchain, or tech industries.  Knowledge:  Strong understanding of cryptocurrency mining, ASIC devices, and hosting solutions.  

Skills:

Excellent

communication

and negotiation skills.  Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).  Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.  Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools and analytics.

Languages:

English (required), Russian (required), any other language is a plus.
