PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Export & Import Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is seeking an energetic and reliable Sales & Marketing Staff member to support our growth in the steel industry. This position is open to soon-to-be graduates, fresh graduates, and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Analyze steel market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities
Handle local, import, and export sales operations efficiently
Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources
Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
Ensure product quality control through regular inspections
Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays
Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals
Requirements:
Soon-to-be graduate, fresh graduate, or experienced candidates welcome
Proficient in English; Mandarin fluency is preferred
Adaptable and a quick learner
Trustworthy and reliable
Background/experience in the steel industry is a bonus
