Marketing Manager
Job Summary
EBE Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the trucking technology sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the trucking industry, and a passion for data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness for multiple products within the trucking industry.
Define and strategize marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and trade shows.
Align marketing initiatives with sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
Content & Brand Development
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
Develop messaging and positioning that highlights the company’s value proposition in the trucking industry.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Lead Generation & Demand Generation
Develop and manage demand generation campaigns, leveraging SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with sales, communications, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Manage internal and external vendors.
Marketing & Industry Knowledge
· 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the transportation industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for improved performance.
Communication & Creativity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong storytelling ability to translate technical solutions into compelling marketing messages.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the trucking industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
