Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and seasoned Sales & Marketing Representative to join our expanding team for Illinois region.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food industry, coupled with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify and target potential retailers in the area
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide excellent customer service and support
Marketing Duties:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products
Create and manage content for social media platforms
Coordinate product launches and promotional events
Analyze marketing data and generate reports
Collaborate with designers and content creators for advertising materials
Manage relationships with media and advertising partners
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the FMCG or food industry
Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
