Soultenders Sales & Marketing Representative will promote our mental health services and build strong, meaningful relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. This position is vital to expanding our referral network and increasing brand awareness through proactive outreach and community engagement.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to establish relationships with doctors’ offices, clinics, and other referral sources.
Educate potential partners about Soultenders’ services, emphasizing the benefits of our administrative support for licensed mental health professionals.
Represent Soultenders at community events, industry conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns tailored to referral partners.
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM software.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide regular feedback to leadership on outreach outcomes and opportunities for refinement.
Meet or exceed established outreach and referral acquisition goals.
-May perform additional duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of mental health services, healthcare systems, and referral processes.
Familiarity with marketing strategies, including digital marketing and outreach campaigns.
Knowledge of the Arcadia area and surrounding communities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
Adapt communication to effectively connect with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Analyze data and trends to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and outreach, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industries
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
Capability and willingness to drive long distances regularly as part of the role, adhering to all state and local transportation laws and safety standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, talk, and hear regularly.
Frequent walking and standing may be required.
Occasionally required to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
