Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market ResearchConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.
Sales ReportingPrepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and market analysis.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
CollaborationWork collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in business marketing or related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management or Horeca industry.
Demonstrated success in managing Business development and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
