Sales Operations Lead Jobs in East Syracuse, NY at Superior Seal & Paving, Inc.

We need someone who can take ownership of how we bring in and close work, making sure we’re hitting our revenue and profit goals. You’ll wear a lot of hats—sometimes you’ll be answering phones or following up on estimates, and other times, you’ll be brainstorming strategies to improve how we operate.

We want someone who can work with the team, improve how things run, and help everyone do their best work. Think of it as a mix of sales operations, business operations, and strategy—with plenty of hands-on learning in the field to get you grounded in what we do.

Salary + bonus, based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving Revenue:
Help us improve marketing and sales processes to bring in more business and close more jobs.
Use our CRM to follow up on estimates, book jobs, and keep the pipeline moving.
Come up with pricing and promotion ideas that improve conversion rates.
Making Things Better:
Find and implement ways to improve how we work—whether that’s streamlining a process, creating a better customer experience, or helping the team work smarter.
Focus on the details that help us run a tight ship while keeping key company metrics in mind.
Thinking Big Picture:
Help us explore new tools, systems, and ways to improve the customer experience and work more efficiently.
Explore sales training and development opportunities for the team.
Learning the Ropes:
Spend time in the field learning about paving, sealcoating, and estimating so you understand the ins and outs of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

An excellent communicator, with customers and the team
Someone who’s comfortable balancing everyday tasks while managing key company metrics.
Experience in sales operations, business operations, or something similar is a bonus.
A natural problem-solver who’s good with systems, processes, and people.
Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and can handle a little chaos while keeping things moving forward.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRMs or other tools to keep things organized.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
