Summary
As a Sales Professional, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Located in your local market, this role is vital in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences through direct interaction and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to promote products and drive sales.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
Ability to physically represent a client’s brand with eye-catching displays and merchandising set ups
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Gather feedback from customers to provide insights for future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with abilities preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial but not required.
