Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both inside and outside sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and utilize your knowledge of sales to effectively upsell our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and possess excellent communication skills to manage relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct sales efforts and networking.
Manage existing client accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or inside sales roles.
Strong knowledge of technology sales and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding client relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $83,513.00 – $150,000.00 per year
