Our company is looking for a reliable sales specialist with minimum of two years of experience in the direct sales of products or professional services with businesses (B2B).
Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this position is for the sales specialist to make calls, and bring in additional opportunities for sales and services focusing mainly on new B2B relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the direct sales of products or professional services, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales strategies and techniques.
A proven track record is essential, showcasing the candidate’s ability to not only grow a client base but also effectively manage and maintain existing relationships. This includes a demonstrated ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of each client.
Strong and effective negotiation skills are a must. The candidate should be adept at navigating complex negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both our company and our clients.
Someone with really strong sales skills that has the “shark” mentality for negotiating and can persuade businesses to purchase from us.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills are crucial for success in this role. The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring that no opportunity is overlooked.
Requirements:
Extensive Previous experience in sales, marketing, business to business sales
Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in hardware and/or tools/home improvement.
Strong knowledge of sales marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to negotiate well.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative sales ideas.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Computer Skills, sales software, sales skills.
Compensation:
Compensation based on experience and technical ability in dealing with sales, and bringing in potential leads.
The role also has additional commission based on sales leads and new client accounts built.
