Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developerto help drivecustomer engagementthrough powerful marketing automation and CRM workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background inSales Cloud,
Marketing Cloud, andExperience Cloud, combined with practical experience in developing and optimizingcustomer engagementstrategies. This role will be critical in enabling our marketing and sales teams to deliver personalized,impactful, and automated customer journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development:
Develop, configure, and optimizeMarketing Cloudsolutions to support customer journeys, automated marketing campaigns, and personalized communications.
Work with marketing and business teams to design, implement, and maintain email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and other customer touchpoints usingJourney Builder,
Email Studio, andMobile Studio.
Build and optimizeMarketing Cloud Automation Studioworkflows for lead nurturing, campaign triggers, and data management tasks.
Develop and implementcustom integrationsbetween Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce clouds, includingSales CloudandExperience Cloud, to provide a seamless customer experience.
CRM Workflows & Marketing Automation:
Design and implement CRM workflows and automated processes withinSales Cloudto streamline sales processes and enhance lead-to-opportunity conversions.
UseAutomation Studio,
Journey Builder, andMarketing Cloud Connectto automate workflows and ensure consistentcustomer engagementacross email, social media, and web channels.
Implementemail personalization,dynamiccontent, and audience segmentation strategies to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
Ensure automated workflows are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and performance, leveragingSalesforce’s best practices.
Experience Cloud Development & Optimization:
Develop and customizeExperience Cloudsolutions to create personalized portals and community experiences for customers and partners.
Configure community templates and design custom pages usingExperience Builder, integrating withSales CloudandMarketing Cloudto ensure a seamless user experience.
Implement and customize features inExperience Cloudto facilitate customercollaboration, knowledge sharing, and personalized engagement.
Data Management & Reporting:
Manage data integration betweenSalesforce Marketing Cloud,
Sales Cloud, and other third-party applications to ensure consistent and accurate customer data.
UseSQL,
AMPscript, andSSJS(Server-Side JavaScript) to manipulate data and optimize customer interactions.
Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns andcustomer engagementefforts.
Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify opportunities foroptimizationand enhancement.
Customer Engagement Strategies:
Collaborate with marketing teams to developcustomer engagementstrategies that drive retention, conversion, andcustomer satisfaction.
Createcustomer journey mapsto design and implement tailored experiences across digital channels (email, mobile, web, etc.).
Leverage data-driven insights andSalesforce Einsteincapabilities to personalize campaigns and deliver targeted content.
