Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and customer needs.
Experience
Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar role. Preferable in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of sales management principles, including retail math and forecasting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using software to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.

Pay: $83,000.00 – $103,734.00 per year
