We’re looking for a rockstar Search Engine Marketing  Associate t o join a
dynamic

, and own demand generation through SEM efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing team in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement. You will have to showcase strong
project management
skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across groups.
You will be responsible for
Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of our SEM campaigns including leads, conversions, revenue, etc
Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through various marketing efforts on search engine by creating lead generation strategies and campaigns, including forecasting & budget for the same
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing team
Create and manage SEM budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives, using data to drive
continuous improvement
.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress (GA4, Google Search Console)
Desired Profile
5+ years of relevant Demand Generation Marketing experience
Proven track record
of generating qualified leads through SEM campaigns
Detailed understating of SEM concepts & up to date on the latest marketing trends
Strong
project management
skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker with a passion for
innovation
and
continuous improvement
Must have
Experience of
working in a highly
collaborative
role with
cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make
data-driven decisions
Customer-centric
mindset &
attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Advertising
Nice to have
Prior experience of working in Pharmaceutical / Healthtech companies
Certification in SEM / Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Linked In Courses
