Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development: Ensure execution of training programs, provide coaching, and uphold high standards.
Strong Leadership & Accountability: Enforce policies, hold employees accountable, and maintain discipline while motivating the team.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Identify challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Marketing & Performance Analytics: Track and optimize key marketing initiatives, PARS, and performance metrics.
Financial & Performance Reviews: Conduct P&L assessments, stats reviews, and strategic planning.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Oversee scheduling to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and priorities.
Operational & Financial Compliance: Uphold SOPs for cash deposits, payroll reviews, and financial transactions.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks: Manage mail, maintain permits, and ensure adherence to legal and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in staff training and management while demonstrating hospitality and humility
Strong background in fitness and coaching
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Knowledgeable of nutrition and inventory control processes
Ability to supervise teams effectively and conduct interviews
