We are currently seeking a multi-faceted Account Director to lead help bed a new part of Bayer Crop Science strategy into the agency, help develop a vision for the success of these clients and ensure that we are on the right shared trajectory.

Description

Our Account Director will be the lead on the new DEKALB, Asgrow and Deltapine seed business. Thei person will work with our strategy team to develop annual plans, budget activity for the year, develop a plan for implementation, and provide direction and inspiration to the team as we put those plans into effect.

The ideal person for this role is a multi-faceted marketer, relentless inquisitive, ruthlessly competitive, naturallycollaborative, and a leader who inspiresinnovation.

What you’ll be doing for us

Helping to set long-term direction for the account, whilebuilding relationshipsacross the client organization that we will need to be successful

Managing the day-to-day direction andcommunicationfor your team.

Driving that annual cadence of work, from planning to budgeting to implementation to on-goingoptimization.

Working closely with the creative lead on the business to continually elevate the quality of our work across the board.

Guiding cross-teamcommunicationwith other departments for all projects.

Working closely with agency partners in evaluating campaign performance and developingoptimizationrecommendations.

Ensuring consistent and clearcommunicationbetween BBDO, your client, and partner teams.

Leading relationship mapping for the agency team to ensure relationships are strong at all levels, actively addressing potential friction.

Formulating effective thoughtleadershipby developing strong knowledge of the client’s business beyond advertising output.
