We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive to cover our Pennsylvaniaterritory. In this role you will be responsible for representing the Teq brand by selling our products, services, and full solutions to new and existing customers in the K-12 education environment. You will reach out to potential leads through a variety of mediums such as phone, email, social media and in-person engagements. The ideal candidate will expertly demonstrate communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Additional responsibilities in this role:
Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and meet with key decision makers
Develop a sales pipeline for 3 times your monthly sales target
Work with your Account Executive to develop acquisition plans for new customers
Upsell and cross sell our existing customers with new products and services
Work with marketing department to implement and track ROI of local marketing events in your sales territory
What you’ll bring to the team:
2-3 years of field sales experience is preferred but not required. Teaching experience a plus
Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Expertise in CRM software solutions
Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel – Traveling to clients within the PAarea to ensure face-to-face contact with prospects

Salary and Wage: Competitive Base Salary ($60-80K) + Commission with no Cap+ Bonus incentives (OTE $150-$170K UNCAPPED)
