The role of the Senior Client Manager is to provide best in class client service, drive income for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions. With the support of a hardworking,collaborativeand fun client service team, this role will be working on one of our key accounts; a client who is a top 10 spender in OOH and a huge fan of pushing the creative boundaries of our media.

As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be expected to become an extension of the client’s team, come up with creative ideas in response to brief and off the cuff.

ROLE

The role of the Senior Client Manager is to provide best in class client service, drive income for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions. With the support of a hardworking,collaborativeand fun client service team, this role will be working on one of our key accounts; a client who is a top 10 spender in OOH and a huge fan of pushing the creative boundaries of our media.

As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be expected to become an extension of the client’s team, come up with creative ideas in response to brief and off the cuff.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS

Drive income for brand experience, digital production, and media solutions across our key accounts with a particular focus on one lead client.

Working alongside the wider team to deliver best in class creative responses for our clients, helping brands turn the OOH landscape into opportunities to engage with consumers.

Build strong relationships with your clients, their cross-agency team(s) and work with them to drive growth across your account patch.

Develop and maintain a strong presence across our key client and agencies with regular outreach, presentations, and inspiration sessions where required.

Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Insight, Creative Strategy) to maximise income opportunities and enhance the overall experience.

Identify emerging trends, products, and partners to driveinnovation.

Ensure all booking procedures are adhered to.

Ensure all sales collateral, specific information and presentations are updated in line with guidelines and industry requirements.

Championsustainabilityand advocate the value of positive social and environmental impact within your team.

Role model the Talon values and behaviours to help ensure the best possible culture and tone is set throughout Talon.
