Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Senior Advertising Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, and developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, and a deep understanding of market research.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective account management
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regularcommunicationand follow-up
Provide exceptional customer service to ensureclient satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Global Business Team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
Strong client facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellentcommunicationand presentation skills
Self-motivated andresults-drivenwith aproven track recordof meeting or exceedingsales targets
Ability to work well in ateam-orientedenvironment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in our amazing Sunnyvale office
