We are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst – Marketing & Communications to join our Marketing team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope: work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective SEO strategies while assisting with the management of paid and organic social media campaigns and community management to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and improved engagement rates across all Transguard social media channels.
Responsibilities
Financial
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics.
Customer
Assists on the development and execution of engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok).
Monitor and respond to social media mentions and comments promptly and professionally.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns.
Foster positive online conversations and build brand loyalty.
Process
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis.
Deploy on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques (e.g., content optimization, link building, technical SEO.
Track, report, and analyze SEO performance using relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Create and schedule social media content.
Innovation
Assist in the creation and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, infographics) that supports SEO and marketing goals.
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Selection Criteria
BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field; certification or coursework in digital marketing is a plus
Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in digital marketing (SEO and SMM) with a strong focus on SEO
Proven experience in social media management and related tools (eg. Hootsuite, Meltwater, Buffer)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
Experience with design tools such as Canva, and AI
Photoshop (basic to intermediate level) is a plus
