M&P Concrete Coatings is a small, local, and growing business based in Mequon, WI. We specialize in Penntek concrete coating systems for garages, basements, patios, and more — offering beautiful, slip-resistant floors that are built to last and backed by a lifetime warranty.
We’re hiring a First Impressions & Lead Response Coordinator — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized, and can represent our brand with professionalism and energy.
The Most Important Part of This Role:
Speed to Lead: When a lead comes in (email, form, call, or Facebook ad), your #1 priority is to respond immediately. This role is all about fast, friendly, and professional first contact — booking estimates and keeping the calendar full.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
Call new leads immediately to schedule estimates and enter them into our CRM
Reply to incoming emails from leads and clients with accurate, professional communication
Delegate lead info to the sales or install team
Keep our schedule organized and up to date
Help with basic marketing tasks:
Create and schedule Facebook posts using Canva and provided templates
Stay 1–2 weeks ahead on the content calendar
Assist with simple videos for social media (we’ll train you!)
Occasionally attend local events (farmers markets, expos) to connect with homeowners and gather new leads. This ensures work as we are a smaller business that may not get a lot of leads compared to other business
What We’re Looking For:
Fast and professional communicator (phone, email, and social)
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Comfortable using a CRM system (training provided)
Friendly and approachable — you’re the first voice they hear
Able to drive locally for events when needed (mileage reimbursed)
Bonus if you enjoy light creative work (social media, Canva)
Job Details:
Full-time, in-office | Mequon, WI
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (with some flexibility for events)
Pay: $15–$19/hr, depending on experience
