What you’ll be doing The Senior Associate, Content and Editorial, shapes and maintains the brand’s editorial voice, ensuring consistency and
innovation
across all platforms. They drive high-quality content creation and strategic messaging while collaborating with UX/UI teams to enhance brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the guardian of the brand’s tone of voice across homepage, digital platforms, and CRM. Generate commercial copy for Men’s, Women’s, Kids. Develop consistent and relevant tone of voice content for the brand website, all digital/social platforms, and retail activations. Brand tone of voice development; create, implement and oversee the brand’s tone of voice and ‘Copy Style Guide’ for all content and eCommerce.
Create & manage written web and key social media content whilst aligning it with the brand calendar. Oversee layout, copy, and tone of voice for all UX/UI across digital platforms. Oversee the look and feel/tone of voice of all Product Display Pages, Development and Format in
Collaboration
with UX/UI team and Studio. Content and editorial ideation, production management and uploads.
Develop and deploy campaign messaging, including seasonal and private label launches to translate into ads. Drive the copy strategy along with Manager of Content Operations on Private Label and Brand storytelling. Oversee ideation, production, and uploads of editorial content. Align tone of voice with brand partnerships,
merchandising
in-store and online; ensuring a 360 look and feel of brand. Work on key brand decks and external meeting presentations.
