We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Associate, Growth to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse responsibilities across digital advertising, promotional planning, and asset coordination to drive business growth.
This role is based remotely within the Northeast U.S. and will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager
What You’ll Do:
Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels (display, video, social) using ad-serving platforms; Implement advanced targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences; Set up ad creatives, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate performance measurement
Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA) and identify opportunities for improvement; Assist in conducting A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness; Optimize bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting parameters based on data insights
Promotional Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the promotional calendar to ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns across all channels; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional efforts with broader marketing strategies
Asset Coordination and Upload: Manage and upload TV and digital assets, ensuring they meet specifications and are delivered on schedule; Serve as the point of contact for creative asset distribution across teams and platforms
Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders; Leverage data visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement; Track campaign ROI to inform strategic adjustments
General Marketing Support: Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks, such as process improvements, troubleshooting campaign issues, and supporting team initiatives
Who You Are:
Experience: You have 2+ years in a marketing role, with hands-on experience in digital advertising (social, display, or video) preferred
Skills: You have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
You are proficient in ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools
You have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
You have great attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Technical Proficiency: You are experienced with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. You have familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or other reporting platforms is a plus
