About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, digital & direct marketing campaigns, and product lifecycle management. If you thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment, have managed large brand budgets, and come from a Tier-1 institute, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute brand strategy to drive market positioning & awareness
✅ Lead high-budget digital & direct marketing campaigns across various channels
✅ Work with internal teams & agencies to deliver engaging customer experiences
✅ Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch & positioning
✅ Manage brand performance with a data-driven approach
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4-7 years of brand management experience in fintech/tech-based companies
✔ Post-MBA (3-5 years) experience from a Tier-1 institute
✔ Handled large marketing budgets with expertise in digital & direct marketing
✔ Strong project management & stakeholder management skills
✔ Problem solver who can drive strategic campaigns in a dynamic environment
