Position: Senior Global Brand Manager
One of the country’s leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies is seeking a Brand Manager to join their Chicago based Revenue Planning team on a hybrid (Tues/Weds) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning and growth initiatives, ensuring quality performance across various markets, and working closely with partner and agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Strategic Planning
Lead pricing and promotional strategy analysis, identifying opportunities for revenue growth for the remainder of the year and into 2026.
Develop strategic recommendations for category positioning and long-term brand growth.
Manage PR and influencer marketing efforts, market go-to strategies, product performance reviews, and consumer response analysis.
Brand Commercialization & Innovation
Work with agency teams to ensure seamless execution of 2025 market plans while preparing for 2026 initiatives.
Lead owned media channels, PR efforts, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness.
Develop strategic plans for product category expansion through commercial innovation and merchandising.
Quality & Product Development
Act as the brand steward within the quality team, ensuring consistency and excellence in product delivery.
Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize quality performance at domestic and Mexico-based facilities.
Support innovation projects and ad hoc leadership requests, including workshops and product development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of brand management experience in the CPG industry.
Experience in category management, product development, and market strategy execution.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Agency Partners.
Knowledge of budget management, competitive product tracking, and claims development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence strategic decision-making.
