This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and lead our marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and work closely with internal teams and agency partners to bring our brand vision to life.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan across all paid, owned, and earned channels
Lead a small team to deliver outstanding creative campaigns and communications
Manage large-scale media and production budgets to drive brand growth
Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure seamless execution
Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in brand and marketing strategy with a track record of success
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and cross-functional projects
Expertise in multi-channel marketing, media planning, and creative execution
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
Strong creative campaign management experience
Team Leadership – this role comes with 3 direct reports
