Senior Brand Strategist Jobs in Remote at Parisleaf
We need highly motivated, extremely detailed oriented, self-starter and fast-learner individual who can fill the role of Real Estate Marketing Assistant. The candidate ideally have an excellent customer service skill and speaks Spanish. Content creation and writing caption is a MAJOR PLUS.
***This role will be on a trial basis for 3 months and could be a long term full time role for the right candidate***
– Workdays would cover weekends, rest days will fall on weekday (Tue-Wed or Thu-Fri)
– Regular working hours in EST: PART TIME 10:00am – 2:00pm | FULL TIME 9:00am – 5:00pm
– Understand Team Goals for 2021
– Handle incoming office calls (Google Voice) – take message and relay information
– Write offers (especially during weekends)
– Prepare listing packet during weekends, buyer agency agreement as needed and other documents for signature thru DocuSign
– Contribute in ensuring Brivity database is updated with correct information and format
– Regularly checking and importing leads from OJO, Estately and other lead generating websites to Brivity
– Regularly updating OJO website with leads progress/status
– Assist in scheduling a showing thru Showing Time – within the team / for agents outside the team
– DTD2 tagging every Monday until it is completed for the week
– Regularly updating leads profile with their Facebook and other social media accounts
– Reports and assist Business Administrator in lead management and other minor marketing tasks
– Assist in other Marketing tasks of the team such as:
–> Activating new listing, open house, offer accepted, under contract or just sold ads thru social media platforms using the website link (/share)
–> Facebook Marketplace and other social media platform – answering inquiry, importing leads to Brivity and tagging/tasking agents
–> Advertising as needed by the listing deals
–> Showing feedback collection – import feedback to Brivity and do follow ups if needed
–> Send summary of feedback to seller/s on a weekly basis (Weekly Seller Report)
– Accomplish Brivity CRM task as assigned
– Other admin roles as needed by Luisa or the team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $500.00 – $550.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
