Proactively identify and acquire new profitable clients
Manage the entire business development lifecycle (sourcing-hunting-farming)
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
Prepare regular internal BD reports to track BD projects and measure progress against KPI
Draft commercial agreement (PKS) and liaise effectively with Legal and Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4/5 years experience in business development, sales management, acquisition and related fields
Demonstrated experience in project management and achieving target
Prefer to work with bunch of ambitious talents in fast-paced environment – you’re willing to try something new, and fail fast
Ability to work with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
Have a high curiosity about how businesses work and are highly adaptable to new changes
Excellent skills in MS. Office especially excel
Possess superior verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (compulsory) and English (preferably)
