Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Portfolio Officer to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the portfolio of the company, focusing on identifying and assessing business opportunities, optimizing the portfolio, and driving strategic initiatives to support growth and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical industry, portfolio management, business development, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new products and business opportunities to expand and diversify the company’s portfolio.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities for growth and business development.
Support the evaluation of in-licensing opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance the portfolio.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm. D
2-3 years of experience in portfolio management, business development or a related field.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including regulatory frameworks, trends, and competition.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
