Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Physician & Hospital Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to drive sales and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote healthcare services/products to physicians and hospitals.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the healthcare sector.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and educational sessions to showcase products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $60,245.00 – $75,000.00 per year
