Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to spearhead our online marketing initiatives and significantly enhance our e-commerce performance. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in precision marketing, utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI and grow lifetime value of our valued customers. Responsibilities include leading a team and agency partnerships in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans to bolster brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster loyalty. This position demands a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset and a passion for remaining at the forefront of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across varied channels, including SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate marketing, with a focus on precision targeting.

· Precision Marketing & Audience Segmentation: Employ advanced data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify high-value audiences and deliver personalized campaigns that boost conversions.

· E-commerce Growth: Enhance the e-commerce channel by optimizing the customer journey, improving conversion rates, & increasing average order value.

· Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and refine digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation and attainment of KPIs.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for strategy optimization and ROI improvement. Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.

· SEO & Content Marketing: Develop and execute SEO strategies to elevate organic search rankings and drive web traffic. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content.

· Email Marketing & CRM: Manage email campaigns with segmentation, automation, and personalization to nurture leads and enhance customer retention. Utilize CRM data for better engagement.

· Paid Social & Display Advertising: Design and manage paid social media and display advertising campaigns targeting specific audiences for optimal conversions.

· A/B Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other experimental methods to continuously improve campaign outcomes and user experience.

· Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize ROI.

· Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital marketing with success in e-commerce and team leadership.

· Profound expertise in precision marketing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization.

· Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing software, and CRM systems.

· In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, and display advertising.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

· Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

· Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

· Experience in durable goods is advantageous.
