About this position
G-P is seeking a social savvy experienced communications professional tojoin our teamto elevate executive thoughtleadershipinitiatives. The senior communications manager, executive thoughtleadershipwill build a thoughtleadershipprogram centered on Linked In for keyleadershipmembers across the C-suite andsenior leadershipteam and shape compelling narratives to reinforce G-P’s position as an AI innovator and industry leader within the HR technology and Employer of Record (EOR) sectors.
This individual plays a pivotal role in crafting and promoting compelling narratives that resonate across traditional and social media platforms. This person must be an expert in building executive and corporate brands on social media, and be able to learn and write in multiple voices.
What You’ll Do:
Define and execute a comprehensive social media thoughtleadershipcommunications program and strategy that enhances G-P’s reputation and amplifies the expertise of oursenior leadership.
Enhance the reputation of G-P’s leaders by optimizing their profiles, writing high impact content and amplifying their expertise across various business functions, including finance, technology and HR among others.
Create and host social media trainings for C-suite andsenior leadership, providing guidance on building aleadershippresence and personal brand voice on social media.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and refine G-P’s thoughtleadershipapproach, ensuring relevance and impact in communications.
Engage with executives andsenior leadershipto generate fresh content ideas and foster a culture of thoughtleadershipwithin the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing to ensure cohesive content strategies and adherence to brand guidelines, while taking into consideration individual executive voice and tone styles.
Contribute to quarterly communications and marketing dashboards and reporting on the effectiveness of thoughtleadershipinitiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields.
Proven experience managing executive thoughtleadershipprograms on social media.
Demonstrated ability engaging with and writing for C-level and senior executiveleadership.
Experience in the B2B tech, HR tech and/or AI technologies sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and keenattention to detail.

The annual gross basesalary rangefor this position is $132,800 – $160,000 plus variable compensation.
