Position Specific Description
The individual in this role will develop and manage our community based marketing activities. This role will identify, contract and leverage community based partnerships and events to support our brand positioning.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Developing the strategy for our community based Marketing program
• Sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and contracting with potential partners
• Managing relationship with all local partners
• Owning process to onboard partners, develop promotional strategy and manage ongoing relationship
• Developing omni-channel strategy to promote activities and partnerships to increase brand awareness and affinity
• Writing content for websites, social media, press releases and internal announcements
• Creating and managing a Marketing roadmap and communications plan for all partners
• Managing a program budget
• Conducting partner and program evaluations
• Attending and coordinating employee volunteer participation at local events

Evaluates requests for company investment/involvement and provide recommendations
Supervises charitable contribution payment approval, accounting and processing
Implements and supervises employee volunteerism policies and processes
Supervises community involvement programs and foundation programs
Provides research, analysis, and planning assistance of all community involvement efforts
Maximizes positive visibility and impact through cost-effective promotion and communication
Coordinates responses to community requests for charitable and community involvement
Supervises the collection and reporting of information on community involvement efforts
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
