Working closely with the founders, you’ll help define the agency’s creative direction while delivering standout work across integrated campaigns, from digital and social media to shopper marketing and promotional activations. You’ll be responsible for developing ideas that cut through, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring creative excellence across all projects. Comfortable in front of clients, you’ll present ideas with confidence, build relationships, and contribute to new business pitches.
Internally, you’ll foster acollaborativeand inspiring environment, working with the wider team to push creative boundaries and drive success. What experience you’ll need
Strong agency experience in a conceptual creative role.
A portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns.
Experience in shopper marketing / instore creative.
Expertise in creative strategy, concept development, art direction, and copywriting.
Experience leading and inspiring teams, with acollaborativeand ambitious mindset.
Ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling creative ideas across multiple channels.
Confident in client presentations, pitching, andbuilding relationships.
Experience across digital, social, shopper marketing, promotional activations, and content production.
