We’re seeking a highly connected, strategic thinker who can:
Identify and engage with major brands and corporate advertisers looking for innovative, high-ROI sponsorship opportunities. (we have large lists already)
Pitch and structure large-scale sponsorship and media-buying deals that align with corporate objectives while maximizing the reach and impact of our creator network.
Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders in advertising, marketing, and sponsorship divisions to bring high-value opportunities into our ecosystem.
Guide brands through the sponsorship process, educating them on the untapped value of working with mission-driven, high-engagement content creators.
Act as the lead negotiator on sponsorship deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that drive long-term value.
Ideal candidate:
You have 1+ years of experience in corporate sponsorships, brand partnerships, media buying, or high-level marketing negotiations.
You have a strong personal network of decision-makers at companies investing in large-scale advertising and sponsorships.
You understand the cultural landscape of digital media and how brands navigate sponsorships in this space.
You’re a strategic negotiator, skilled at structuring deals that benefit all parties while maximizing long-term growth.
You thrive in a high-autonomy, performance-driven environment, where your success is directly tied to the deals you bring in.
