You have 2+ years Community Outreach Experience?
You have 2+ years In-Person Marketing Experience?
You have 2+ years of Home Care Marketing Experience?
Previous experience / knowledge of Salesforce & Consultative Sales? (Big PLUS!)

Job Duties!
Referral Relations, In-Person Marketing, Outreach & Education…
Foster & maintain relationships with referral partners.
Perform Consultative Sales relating to Home Care Industry.
Connect with potential referral partners at Hospitals, Rehabs, etc.
Promote services within the community through education & collaboration.
Pre-plan weekly marketing activities & follow-through.
Network on a person-to-person level within the healthcare community.
Attend job fairs, conferences, & other community outreach initiatives.
Educate managed care organizations, networks, hospitals, doctors, assisted living & dialysis centers.
Meet Weekly in person w/ Executives & Directors in senior living communities.
Complete appropriate CA registry paperwork.
