Job Overview Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM team is looking for an experienced marketing operational leader to support the Turbo Tax business. The Senior CRM Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading operational excellence for the CRM team, our agency partners and our internal cross functional teams.

You are a master at developing highly efficient processes and tools and are constantly evolving with the business and team needs.  You maintain the highest standard of operational execution that drive business results.  You lead and develop a high performing CRM team, constantly innovating to propel the team forward.

Qualifications Experience &

Qualifications:

5-10 years experience managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company

Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around process, operations and execution.

Passion for operational excellence,

process improvement

,

project management

and tools development.

Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.

Superior organizational,

project management

and

communication skills

hands-on

management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.

Experience with

Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack. Strong analytical and data manipulations skills that result in meaningful insights and that drive performance.
