In this Role, you’ll get to  Design and execute CRM plans to enhance

customer engagement

and retention.

Partner with internal departments to create, coordinate, and manage campaign-related content across CRM channels. Monitor and optimize CRM performance across

diverse

user segments to ensure effectiveness and engagement. Analyze CRM channel performance to maintain sustainable growth and efficiency. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign ROI and enhance customer experiences. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize on-site marketing channels and improve their effectiveness.

Test and discover new CRM channels.  What you’ll Need to Succeed  Over 5 years of experience working as a CRM Manager in an online platform environment. Experience in campaign execution, configuration, marketing, CRM, or production operations is preferred. Have a good understanding of online platform and online travel agency. Strong

analytical skills

with the ability to extract actionable insights. A go-the-extra-mile mentality, showing a proactive approach and dedication to delivering exceptional results.

A person with speed and

attention to detail
