About Us:
Bedrock Digital Assets Management is an investment firm specializing in quantitative finance in digital assets space. We are expanding our investor base and seeking a dynamic Capital Formation & Investor Relations Associate to drive fundraising efforts and build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. This is a ground floor opportunity with immense opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead capital-raising initiatives by identifying, targeting, and engaging potential investors.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional capital, wealth managers, and family offices.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship development.
Craft compelling pitch decks, marketing materials, and investor presentations tailored to different audiences.
Conduct research on investor preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning to enhance outreach efforts.
Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences.
Work closely with portfolio managers and senior leadership to communicate the firm’s investment strategy and performance to prospective investors.
Maintain CRM systems to track fundraising activities, investor engagement, and pipeline progress.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and marketing guidelines in investor communications and outreach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
3+ years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, or investor relations within a hedge fund, private equity, or asset management firm a plus.
Sales and business development experience a plus
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, investment strategies, and financial markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
