Position Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in the agency by managing and coordinating multiple social media accounts. This part-time position requires a passionate and creative individual who can effectively implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
– Create engaging and compelling content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
– Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies; use insights to optimize results.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
– Research industry trends and audience preferences to tailor content accordingly.
– Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of posts and promotions.
– Report on the progress and impact of social media efforts to clients and the agency team.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to create visually appealing content.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data.
– Creative thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to achieving goals.
– Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with social media management tools.
Working Hours:
– This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling may be available.
