Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – School of Engineering Jobs in Medford, MA at Tufts University
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, and print).
Coordinate content creation, including writing and editing marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
Assist in managing social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
Research new opportunities to expand brand recognition.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
Assist with maintaining and updating the company website and marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency.
Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities as it relates to product portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking.
Help manage marketing databases, CRM tools, and promotional materials.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
