Job Description:
VFAS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to split your time between external marketing activities and front office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Marketing (2.5 Days):
Assisting with developing and building client strategies, presentations, recaps and reporting
Managing deadlines with virtual and internal team members
Participating in internal and external client calls and meetings and distributing notes/action items
Working closely with marketing manager on tasks and deadlines associated with the marketing plan.
Conduct external marketing activities to promote VFAS services.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with medical professionals.
Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback.
Front Office (2.5 Days):
Assist in managing patient appointments and schedules.
Provide administrative support to healthcare providers.
Record and maintain patient records and information.
Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is preferred.
Previous experience working in a medical setting is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
